  • How do I track my order?
    If you wish to have the tracking number of your parcel. please contact the store at 250-545-0458 and we will gladly supply you with a tracking number.
  • What are your delivery options?
    The Cowboys Choices is pleased to offer shipping, within North America. Shipping is not included on Cowboy Hats. International orders will be responsible for shipping and handling costs at the best table rate, as usual. Shipping at Cowboys Choice is very simple. Once your order is placed either by telephone or on our website we ship it out within 48 hours. We offer shipping via: Canada Post (Expedited Parcel), FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and many more Any other shipping methods, please contact us for cost & availability We offer shipping anywhere in the world. Please note that for international shipping, we select the most cost efficient method of transportation, however additional charges may apply.
  • How do I return an item?
    Returned items must be returned in 14 days and be in new condition with tags attached. For restocking purposes we must be contacted prior to sending your purchase back. Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.
  • ​Do you provide International delivery?

  • ​What is your return policy?
    At the Cowboys Choice, we are happy to offer a 14 day return policy. Your satisfaction with merchandise purchased from our online catalog is 100% guaranteed! Returns at the Cowboys Choice are simple; we offer refunds or a store credit as long long as returns are accompanied with the original receipt and packaging. We just ask that the item(s) are sent back to us in the same condition as when originally purchased. Shipped orders: Returned items must be sent by freight, prepaid within 14 days from the time of purchase. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, packages returned to us COD will not be accepted. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In the case of an exchange, the consumer shall be responsible for original shipping/handling charges and return shipping- however, the Cowboys Choice will ship the exchanged item at no additional cost within North America.
